Abstract
We describe a novel technique using a 3 French suction to facilitate alignment of the fixation interface of the OSI300 piezoelectric actuator with the BI300 implant during OSIA 3 implantation. This technique provides enhanced haptic feedback when alignment is achieved and permits a greater arc of rotation, facilitating positioning.
