• There is increased incidental, periprocedural discovery of intracardiac masses. • The left atrial ridge is an atypical location for primary cardiac tumors. • Left atrial ridge masses complicate percutaneous LAAO closure and anticoagulation. • A multidisciplinary approach is critical to navigate the management of these masses.
